Story

There is a legend in the world of insects about a brave scorpion knight who relentlessly battles evil to uphold justice. One day, the scorpion knight comes to Hallownest, an ancient square kingdom located below the town of Dirmouth. This place used to be a prosperous kingdom until the Infection incident occurred. The residents have now become crazed and dangerous. The Pale King tried to stop the infection by performing a seal. However, the three insects considered living seals by King Pale are gradually getting out of control. The scorpion knight's urgent mission is to find a way to destroy them so they can be permanently sealed.

GAMEPLAY

The player controls the scorpion knight to fight against the dark creatures in the kingdom of Hallownest. Your knight can launch short-range attacks on enemies using the sword. Besides, you can also launch long-range attacks using magic attacks. The number of masks on the top left of the screen represents the strength that the scorpion knight possesses. If hit by an enemy attack, a mask will disappear. The scorpion knight will be totally vanquished when no masks remain.

In addition to the nail sword, your beetle also possesses a special piece of equipment called the Vessel Soul. The sword accumulates soul points and Geo when it fights and defeats enemies. Once you defeat your knight, you can utilize soul points and Geo to instantly resurrect with a matching number of masks.
