Deer Adventure is set in a crowded city where humans and animals live peacefully together. Your deer can freely walk around town, climb with its long neck, and interact with the environment. However, if you want to do something new, take advantage of the deer's antlers as weapons, throw objects, and turn the city into a mess in the blink of an eye.

There is no fixed mission; the game allows you to switch freely between experiences such as driving, riding horses, or pranking NPCs until the police show up and chase you. Each session is a new story decided based on your choices.
