Players compete with 7 other players in the Who's Your Daddy? arena to find out who is the best father. As a father, you must avoid hurting your son at all costs. You must keep some household objects out of sight and use others to protect the child. For instance, the father must remove batteries and bleach from the floor to hide them from the child. Exercise caution when handling the glass dining table, as it has the potential to break at any moment. The family car can also explode when it hits the wall in the garage. Besides, the father can feed the baby fruit to heal some injuries. A particular kind of medication has the ability to mend injuries.

Play as a mischievous child

The baby in "Who's Your Daddy?" appears to possess an excessive amount of energy. He frequently crawls around the house and consistently engages in bold mischief. Because he lacks awareness of his surroundings, he frequently finds himself in dangerous situations. This child can do all kinds of crazy things that you wouldn't expect, such as drinking bleach, breaking a glass dining table, and sticking a fork into an electrical outlet.
